Many times outside of a meeting we need to obtain information and/or signatures on important forms. Here is the procedure that you can use to provide us these signatures.
E-SIGNATURE PROCESS:
If an electronic signature (e-signature) is acceptable, you will receive an email from DocHub. For instructions on how to provide an electronic signature through DocHub using your smartphone, visit https://youtu.be/sbnIEc8xiyY
“WET” SIGNATURE PROCESS:
If a copy of a “wet” signature is required, there are several ways to return them to us. First, print out the required pages and complete the missing information or required signatures. Then use one of the following methods to return the pages:
- Fax to 661-829-4153
- Scan pages and attach to an email
- Physically return or mail the pages to the Regus Office Complex
